In-person or Telehealth Options
We offer in-person clinics in Memphis, Nashville, and Johnson City, as well as telehealth for people anywhere in Tennessee. Our clients meet individually, usually once a week, with one of us trained in addressing gambling problems. Clients receive cognitive-behavioral therapy—the most effective treatment for gambling problems. In addition, clients can get support from a peer recovery specialist—a person who knows firsthand about struggling with addiction. Typically, clients complete our program in about eight to ten sessions, meeting with their therapist for an hour per week and getting support from the peer recovery specialist when they need it–all while living at home and going about their regular life and work.
A recent study found that 87% of people who completed The Gambling Clinic’s program showed a reduction in gambling-related harms. It is possible to overcome gambling problems. If you want to regain control over your gambling and build the life you want, contact us today.
